About The Counsellor

Mrs.R.Selvapranambika Research Scholar(career guidance) in Bharathiar University, M.B.A PG.Diploma in Career counselling and Guidance ,Counselling Psychology Children and Adolescents Certificate Udemy.

SelvaPranambika has two years experience upon completion of PG.Diploma in Executive Program in Career Guidance and Counselling and also joined as a Research scholar(career guidance) in Bharathiar University Coimbatore .And counselled more than 25 schools and 3 colleges on an average 1500 students and also guided in Tamilnadu governments project kalloori kanavu project in two district Ranipet and vellore on an average of 2500 students in bulk gathering.And also counseling in online mode for more than 25 students from different age category .

One to one counselling was done with the collaboration of Department of career guidance,bharathiar university and tamilnadu school department for 4 districts where one to one counselling was done to the 12th completed students as a team where we completed on an average of 280 students for one to one counselling in choosing right course in right stream according to their accademic score and interest.

And also published three aticles based on career development of school students.As a counsellor she expertise in providing group and Individual counselling.Result -oriented when reviewing reports on the effectiveness of the counselling program to determines area of improvement.she is active listener repect for privacy/confidentiality of the client/student when counselling.Guided students career choices available and helped them to choose the right course.

Volunteer

As a volunteer working in Agaram foundation and also in project puthiri .

As a volunteer in Agaram foundation taking care of placement and training of final and prefinal year studnets and also helps in vithai selection panel where I have to interview and communicate with the students who have applied for financial need in foundation and have to select the right students who are in need of economical needs.In project pithiri conducting class for class8 and class 9 for their life skill development.
